You need a verified email address to use Retakeless. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every action taken from your account.
You may only upload video and script content that you own or are otherwise licensed to process. You retain all rights to your content; Retakeless gets a narrow licence to run it through the pipeline and return the generated FCPXML to you.
Processing is paid per video via credits (see the pricing page). One credit covers one processing job up to the duration tier it was purchased at. Credits do not expire, are tied to the purchasing account, and are non-transferable.
Refund eligibility is described on the refund policy page. In short: unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase, and credits consumed by a failed processing run are returned to your balance automatically.
Retakeless is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You can close your account at any time — uploaded videos, FCPXML files, and account records are removed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; unused credits in terminated accounts remain refundable under the refund policy.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect.
